BHINDI KI SABJI RECIPE (भिन्डी की सब्जी)

आवश्यक सामग्री (Ingredients for Bhindi Ki Sabji Recipe)-
- भिन्डी(Lady finger)- 250 ग्राम
- प्याज(Onions)- 2 (पतले और लम्बे पीस में कटी हुई)
- एक चुटकी हींग
- हरी मिर्च -1 -2 (बारीक कटी हुई)
- हल्दी पाउडर(Turmeric Powder)- 1 चम्मच
- लाल मिर्च पाउडर(Red Chilli Powder)- आधा चम्मच
- गरम मसाला (Garam Masala)- चौथाई चम्मच
- जीरा (Cumin seeds)- 1 चम्मच
- टमाटर (Tomato) - 1
- कसूरी मेथी आवश्यकतानुसार
- नमक(Salt)- स्वादानुसार
- तेल (Mustard Oil)- 2 -3 चम्मच
विधि (How To Make Bhindi Ki Sabji Recipe)-
भिन्डी की सब्जी बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले भिन्डी को धोकर अच्छे से पौंछ लें। अब भिन्डी को छोटे छोटे गोल गोल टुकड़ो में काट लें। अब एक कढ़ाही में तेल डालकर गैस पर गर्म करने के लिए रखें। जब तेल गरम हो जाये तब जीरा डालकर तड़का लें। अब इसमें हींग डालें अब इसमें हम हरी मिर्च डालते हैं जब जब हरी मिर्च भून तब इसमें हम प्याज डालकर गुलाबी होने तक भूनें। और कटी हुई भिन्डी डालकर अच्छे से मिला दें। अब इसमे हल्दी पाउडर, हल्दी और गरम मसाला डालकर भून लें और ऊपर से नमक डालकर भिन्डी को करीब 4 -5 मिनट के लिएपकने दें। भिन्डी को चेक कर लें अगर भिन्डी गल गयी हो तब टमाटर डालकर अच्छे से मिलाते हुए 2 -3 मिनट के लिए भूनें। अब गैस को बंद कर दें। स्वादिष्ट भिन्डी की सब्जी बनकर तैयार होगयी है। अब आप भिन्डी की सब्जी को गरमा गर्म पूरी, परांठे के साथ सर्व करें।

Ingredients for Bhindi Ki Sabji Recipe -
Lady finger - 250 gms
Onions - 2 (cut into slender and tall pieces)
A pinch of asafoetida
Green chilli -1 -2 (finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - half a teaspoon
Garam Masala - Fourth Teaspoon
Cumin seed - 1 spoon
Tomato - 1
As per the requirement of Kasuri Fenugreek
Salt - according to the taste
Mustard Oil - 2 -3 Tablespoons
Method (How to Make Bhindi Ki Sabji Recipe) -To make Bhindi cottage cheese, first wash Bhindi and knead it well. Now cut Bhindi into small round round pieces. Now put oil in a pan and keep it warm to the gas. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and chop it. Now add asafetida in it. Now let us put green chillies in it. When green chili fries, then add onion and fry it till it becomes pink. Add chopped bhindi and mix well. Now add turmeric powder, turmeric and garam masala and fry it and put salt over it and keep aside for 4-5 minutes. Check Bhindi and if the Bhindi is melted, add tomato and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Now turn the gas off. Tasty Bhindi is prepared as a vegetable. Now you serve Bhindi cottage cheese hot, roasted with paratha.
